Located in the Sussex Countryside in the village of Poling, 2 miles from the historic town of Arundel.
Over the road from the beautiful South Downs National Park and only 1 hour 2o minutes from London.
Whether you’re looking for a filming location or a photoshoot location, we offer a unique rural location for film & TV shoots.
Fairplace Farm as it was known around the late 1800’s, was part of a working farm up until the 1970’s.
Now a Victorian Farmyard with lots of character, old barns, cattle yard, stables, cow sheds, stone circle, large pond, open fields and woodland nearby.
